1 Perfect Passion…….. Our own passion fruit sorbet

1 Threes A Crowd….. Trio of fish with a crisp rosti potato drizzled with a rich pimento sauce

2 Strip Me……….. A plump Chicken Breast filled with sun dried tomatoes and mozzarella

And encased in puff pastry and sat upon daupinoise potatoes , and a classic

Demi-glaze infused with basil.

3 The Odd Couple.. Tender loin of lamb , oven roasted with garlic , anchovies and rosemary

Served with hot-pot potatoes and a rich jus

Sweets :

1 Stuck In The Middle.. Strawberry and black pepper parfait sand wedged between crisp

shortbread served with a vanilla cream.

2 So Very Very Naughty….A rich triple chocolate brownie served with lashings of whipped

(or repeatedly spanked) clotted cream.
