About Me & The Bridge
Set up in august 2004 what is now a 'gem' as many customers describe us, was an empty building passed every day on my way to work out of the lakes working as a relief manager across the whole country when one day a friend of mine (Shaun) was coming for tea that evening for Caesar salad one of my signature dishes when id only gone and forgotten the bacon ! so a half a mile trip to Newby bridge Service station was in order to collect some bacon. pulling up outside an empty building adjoining the garage with a large To Let sign resting in the window Shaun stated' what can we do with this' .....to be continued
